By accessing or using Quickly Reserve ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including customers and business owners.

Quickly Reserve is an online booking platform that connects customers with beauty, wellness, and lifestyle service businesses. We provide tools for businesses to manage appointments, staff, and subscriptions, and for customers to discover and book services.

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: • Provide accurate and complete information • Maintain the security of your password • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access • Be responsible for all activity under your account • Not create accounts for others without authorization You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Business accounts require a paid subscription to access platform features: • Basic Plan: $9.00/month — Core booking management • Mini Plan: $20.00/month — Enhanced features and analytics • Medium Plan: $35.00/month — Full suite with priority support • Staff Add-on: $10.00/month per staff member calendar Subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

When you book a service through our platform: • Bookings are subject to business availability and confirmation • Cancellation policies are set by individual businesses • We are not responsible for service quality disputes between customers and businesses • Fraudulent bookings may result in account termination

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service. We do not store payment card details. Subscription fees are charged automatically on your billing date. Disputed charges must be reported within 30 days.

You agree not to: • Use the platform for any unlawful purpose • Impersonate any person or entity • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content • Interfere with the platform's operation • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems • Scrape or harvest data without permission • Spam or harass other users

All content on Quickly Reserve, including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to Quickly Reserve and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quickly Reserve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

These Terms of Service are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
